Daniel Woods is the broker of record and founder of Daniel Woods Real Estate. Since 1985, he has run this full-service real estate firm advising homeowners, investors, local municipalities, and HUD.
He has managed a wide range of transactions related to distressed properties, estate sales, commercial properties, and first-time home buyers. His expertise in Delco market real estate led to several special appointments including the Upper Chichester Planning commission (from 1990-1993) and as Chester City Assessor (from 1993-1996).
Throughout his career, he has been an active real estate investor. He enjoys educating clients about advanced negotiating techniques to get better deals.
Before launching his real estate career, he worked at General Electric and Westinghouse as a Tool Planner. He studied Mechanical Technology at Temple University and Business Administration at Cheyney University.
He has always been an active leader in his community. He has served as a trustee and member of the Finance Committee for Asbury AME Church, President of the Twin Oak Farms Civic Association, member of the Chester Rotary Club, Board of Directors for Delaware County Library, and Past Master of the J.C. Price Lodge No. 82.
He is a proud US Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Infantry.

Veronica Woods comes from a family of real estate investors. She is passionate about helping clients create wealth, legacy, and a dream lifestyle through real estate. Through Daniel Woods Real Estate, founded by her father in 1987, Veronica works with individuals and organizations to buy, sell, rent, and develop residential and small commercial real estate in Delaware County and Philadelphia.
With an MBA in finance from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University, she empowers her clients to evaluate all their viable financial options to reach their goals. With 20 years of corporate experience before joining Daniel Woods Real Estate, she further differentiates herself with the rigor behind her home valuations, neighborhood market analyses, and targeted marketing strategies to find the ideal buyers, renters, and financial investors for her clients.
She enjoys speaking to alumni and community groups about the benefits of using real estate to create a second stream of income and the state of the local real estate markets.
Beyond working at Daniel Woods Real Estate, she is an active volunteer with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Summer Search, and the Community Design Collaborative.
